Delivery Protection

HACCP & ISO
All of the products are supplied by Companies, which are standardized with HACCP & ISO certification and will be stored in refrigerator containers. Additionally, we would like to inform you that most of our frozen products are imported by EU Countries and fresh from Cyprus. In case of necessity, we will be able to give you a tour to our Suppliers' stores here in Cyprus.

Storage
In our own kept place in Port with electricity supply, we will have Refrigerator Containers, so the products will be very near the end Customers, and will be controlled by our Team, concerning quality and safety. Furthermore, new Software is now available, which will help a lot to the whole procedure and the excellent results.

Temperature
For all the refrigerator containers, temperature records are held, and we are at the position to provide any information at any time requested.
The delivery will be done with a refrigerator car, which can reach the -17 °C temperature. Temperature records are held, which allow us to control and to provide results at any time requested.

Health
Refrigerator Containers will be sterilized at least every 15 days. Refrigerator cars will be sterilized every 7 days.

Loading
The delivery and way of loading from the refrigerator containers to the delivery cars will be done through a special curtain placed in between the Container and the Car of delivery, in order the food to avoid any contact with the atmosphere.

Personnel Health
For the people in charge for the delivery of products, from the Container to the Delivery Cars, a sterilized room will be provided, which will equip them with the appropriate sterilized clothes, before they enter any of the Containers or Cars.

Delivery
The delivery on board Ships will be done by our Team, which will be obtained with white uniforms and sterilized cloves, and no delivery will come in contact with the gangway or the ground. Furthermore, we will be at position waiting when the vessel will be ready for collection of the provisions directly from our freezers - on board the vessel.

Dry Delivery
For the delivery of canned, dried, packed or other products, which do not need refrigerator, deliveries will be done with a closed van.

Frozen Delivery
For the delivery of frozen meat, kindly note that this can be delivered and packed in pieces, the way customers might request.
